London Golf Club prides itself on being one of the best venues at which to host a golf event. Every need is catered for, and no detail is missed. From the moment your guests enter our manned gates and drive the mile to the clubhouse, they will know they are heading for a day to remember. Whether you are looking to book a golf society day or corporate golf event, our Golf Events department will be delighted to help you.
Golf Day Brochure
Guests are welcomed at the clubhouse, where their golf bags are unloaded and ready for play at our bag drop station. They can warm up on grass tees with premium Callaway balls at our 330-yard practice ground, featuring a chipping green and bunkers. Booking your golf event at London Golf Club is easy—choose a package or customise your day. Our expert events team ensures a seamless experience and is happy to accommodate your needs.

Our Tournament Package is designed to take the stress away from the organiser and ensure everything runs smoothly. It includes:
- Scorecard management – Preparation and design of scorecards in advance.
- On Course Competitions – Nearest the pin and longest drive competitions.
- On-the-day support – Our qualified professionals will administer scorecards, distribute banners onto the course and ensure the day runs smoothly.
- Live scoring access – Via our dedicated scoring app.

Is there a dress code at the club?
Suitable golf attire is required on course. No denim or football shirts are to be worn in the clubhouse. No golf shoes are to be worn in the Restaurant (located on the upper floor).
Are there any activities for non-golfers?
Our PGA Professionals offer engaging workshops and group clinics tailored for all. Find out more HERE
Can we buy prizes on the day?
Our Pro Shop is open throughout the day to purchase prizes/gifts/gift cards/gift vouchers. If you would like to purchase branded items for your golf day please visit our CORPORATE GOLF SHOP
How early do we need to arrive before a golf day?
We would recommend at least an hour or so to check in and take advantage of the practice facilities, and enjoy the food served at the club.
Are refreshments and toilets available on course?
On our visitor course, the International, there is a halfway hut serving snacks and refreshments and a toilet.
Is help with scoring available?
We offer a Tournament Coordinator package that can be added to your golf day booking. This is inclusive of scorecard management, longest drive and nearest the pin preparation.
Can we choose our own competition format?
Our Golf Events Coordinator can suggest some tried and tested formats that work well and discuss any new formats.
Can you recommend any local accommodation?
There are several hotels within a short distance from London Golf Club. Please contact the Golf Events Coordinator for further details
One of our guests has a food allergy. Will this be catered for?
We ask that we are notified 14 days in advance of anyone with allergies or dietary requirements to allow our team to cater to the needs of the individual.
Do you have golf clubs and electric trollies available to hire?
Buggies, golf clubs and electric trollies are available to hire. This can be done in advance of the golf day by contacting the Golf Sales and Events Coordinator or the Pro Shop.
Is there Wi-Fi at the club and if so, is there a password?
There is complimentary access to Wi-Fi under LGC-Guest with no password needed.
Can I use the practice facilities without being part of a golf day?
To use the practice facilities, you must be a member, part of a golf day or have a tee time booked on the same day.
How much are the balls on the range?
Our practice facilities, including golf balls, are complimentary when participating in a golf day at London Golf Club.
Do you offer a caddy service?
We do not currently offer a caddy service at London Golf Club.
Are buggies available to hire?
Buggies are available to hire. We do recommend this is done in advance.
Do we need coins for the lockers?
The lockers in the male changing rooms require you to set a code and a £1 coin in the female changing rooms.
Can we have on course competitions such as Nearest the Pin and Longest Drive?
We can prepare the pins for on course competitions with prior notice. Our Tournament Package includes scorecard management and on course competitions.
Do the locker rooms have showers and towels to use?
Our changing facilities have showers and fresh towels readily available.
I don’t have an official handicap. Can I still play the course?
If you have sufficient golf ability and can keep up with pace of play, we welcome you to play at London Golf Club.
