From Garden to Table at London Golf Club

At London Golf Club, fresh flavour begins just steps from the kitchen.

Our chefs are growing and maintaining a small kitchen garden on site, where a selection of herbs are carefully nurtured in raised beds in a move to embrace a more sustainable way of cooking.

Varieties such as dill, rosemary, lemon thyme, and sage are harvested by hand and taken straight into the kitchen.

This hands-on approach allows our culinary team to work with ingredients at their very best – fresh, fragrant, and full of flavour. From picking delicate herb sprigs to finishing dishes, the journey from garden to plate is immediate and intentional.

By using herbs grown onsite, we not only enhance the taste and quality of our dishes but also embrace a more sustainable, seasonal way of cooking. It’s a simple detail that makes a meaningful difference to the dining experience at London Golf Club.

Join us in the clubhouse and enjoy dishes brought to life with ingredients grown right here on our grounds.
